Portrait Photography
A portrait session is a creative way to photograph a certain time in your life, wether you are graduating, going on a mission or getting baptized, or need some new business headshots, this session is perfect for you.
Location Selection: You can choose the location for you session, which can range from picturesque outdoor settings like parks, mountains, forests, lakes. or urban environments, to indoor settings like studios or your own home. I have a blog post I like to share with clients of all of my favorite, popular locations.
Outfits. Depending on the reason for your session you may pick 1-2 outfits to bring with you! If you are graduating I like to encourage you to bring a cap and gown. Otherwise expressing yourself through your outfit is a great way to tell a story in your photos.
Candid and Posed Shots: I will capture a mix of candid and posed shots. Candid moments capture genuine emotions while posed shots involve specific arrangements to highlight your personality.
Natural Lighting: I prefer natural light to create warm and flattering imagery. This often means scheduling sessions during the golden hours of early morning or late afternoon.
Post-Processing: After the session, I processes and edit the images to enhance their quality, correct any imperfections, and apply a consistent style to all photos.
Delivery. Once our session is finished I upload all photos to a hard drive to ensure they are safely saved. Then I edit each photo and once the editing process is over I upload all the best photos to a digital gallery for you to download all the photos and also you can share the link with others.
