Here's a description of what typically happens during a wedding with me as your photographer:

1. Pre-Event Preparation:

   • Consultation: Before the wedding, we can have the opportunity to meet or discuss over the phone to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific requirements. This consultation helps me understand your expectations and the overall timeline of the day.

   • Shot List: We will work together to create a shot list, outlining the key photos you want to ensure I capture. This list often includes family portraits, bridal party shots, and special moments unique to the couple's wedding.

2. Capture Stages:

   • Getting Ready: I will typically begin by capturing the preparations of the couple and their respective parties. This may include shots of the wedding attire, jewelry, makeup, and hair styling. It's also an opportunity to document the emotional moments leading up to the ceremony.

   • Ceremony: I focus on capturing the ceremony from various angles, ensuring I document the exchange of vows, ring exchange, and any unique rituals or traditions.

   • Portraits: After the ceremony, I coordinates and capture posed portraits of the couple, their families, and the bridal party. These images are often taken in various locations, such as the ceremony site, reception venue, or outdoor settings.

   • Candid Moments: Wedding photographers excel at capturing candid moments throughout the day, from the couple's first look to emotional reactions and interactions between guests. These shots often convey the genuine emotions and celebrations of the day.

   • Reception: During the reception, I document events like the first dance, toasts, cake cutting, and other key moments. I also capture the atmosphere, decor, and guest interactions.

   • Sunset or Golden Hour Photos: If timing permits, we may be able to take advantage of the beautiful, soft light during the "golden hour" to capture stunning outdoor shots of the couple.

   • Send Off. If interested, a lot of couples like to have a special send off at the end of the day and its a perfect opportunity to capture the excitement of sending you off as a new couple!

     3. Post-Wedding Delivery

   • Typically you will receive your photos within 2-3 weeks after I have carefully edited them and backed them up to a hard drive. However, I do like to send sneak peaks within a couple of days! The photos will be delivered digitally in an online gallery where you can download all your photos and share them as you please!
